Being in a friend’s car alone with their parents
Once I kayaked across a lake with my friend’s mom while he swam beside our kayak.
I thought it would be okay because he would be there. Unfortunately I’d forgotten the mechanics of swimming.
He was underwater most of the time.
It was not okay.
